Data Privacy for iAlign

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) gives consumers more control over the personal information that businesses collect about them and the CCPA regulations provide guidance on how to implement the law. This landmark law secures new privacy rights for California consumers, including:

In November of 2020, California voters approved Proposition 24, the CPRA, which amended the CCPA and added new additional privacy protections that began on January 1, 2023. As of January 1, 2023, consumers have new rights in addition to those above, such as:

  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information that a business has about them; and
  • The right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information collected about them.”

Corresponding to the above Act:

iAlign collects and stores the following personal information from a user for the purpose of providing our services:

– Name

– Date of Birth

– Phone number

– Email

– Core values

– Any information a user inputs as a response via text message, email, or web-form.

If you would like any of your private information to be deleted, please email us at iAlign@ialign.app and header your email “DELETE INFORMATION”. We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner.

As of March 14, 2023 , no consumer information is shared or sold with third parties.

No services of iAlign will be hindered by the deletion of a user’s private information unless they preclude the ability for iAlign to provide its service. The main cases here are:

– If you ask for your telephone number or core values to be deleted, the core functionality of iAlign will be rendered useless and will not be able to be provided to the user.

– If you ask for your email to be deleted, you will be unable to receive reports generated from your check-ins, assessments, or journals that are sent out via email.

Your private information is only used to provide you with the services you request when signing up. If you have any concerns, please write to use at iAlign@ialign.app and header your email “LIMIT INFORMATION”.

In order to correct inaccurate personal information we have about you, simply contact us at iAlign@ialign.app and header your email “INACCURATE INFORMATION”.
