iAlign New User Onboarding

Hey there!

At iAlign, we believe that you are the hero of your own journey.

Sometimes, however, even heroes get led astray.
I mean, really, Odysseus? 10 YEARS to get home??

That’s why we’re here:

To help you stay on the path that you define and desire for yourself.

Because we believe that the most successful and fulfilling life is one that is aligned with your values.

Not ours.


So let’s get started!


iAlign works in 3-month focus blocks where we focus on 2 of our highest-priority core values.

In addition to our main values, we have the opportunity to focus on:

– A daily task, behavior, or action that we want to check in on. Over time, we’ll find out how this action aligns with and can be supported by our values.

– Up to 10 other values that we want to bring to our awareness on a less frequent basis. These are values we might want to use as our main values in future focus blocks.

If you would like to use a value that isn’t currently listed, please email me at Flint@iAlign.app with the header “New Value” and I’ll get it added for you!

Now, using the same list above, please select up to 3 extra values. These values will be brought to your awareness on a less frequent basis in order to help you learn about other areas of your life.

You can add more values later in the settings if you’d like!

Choose a small daily task that you would like to check in on. This can be a behavior, action, or task that you want to make sure you are doing consistently. It can also be something you’re already doing that you want to figure out if it is supporting your values or not. Try to keep it to just a couple words so it’s easy to check in on! It’s also best to try and choose one that you will already have had a chance to accomplish by the time you set your check-in to occur.

Some common examples are ‘Intentional breathing’, ‘Early bedtime’, ‘Positive reframe’, ‘Gratitude’, ‘Make bed’, ‘Positive self-talk’, ‘Mantra’, ‘Hydrate’, or ‘Journal’.


What time would you like to receive your iAlign check-in?

Some people enjoy waking up to their iAlign check-in, using it as a second alarm clock. Others prefer to receive it during the middle of the day or as a reflective moment before bedtime.

If you choose to add a daily task, consider if you want to check in on it later in the day or earlier.

For example, some people prefer to check in right after their morning meditation. Some choose to check in to see if they had a healthy lunch in the middle of the day, while others prefer to check in at bedtime to reflect on the day.

This is totally up to you and can be changed in the future if the time you select doesn’t appear to be working for you!
