Clients, on camera, in their own words.

Nobody scripted these. This is what changed, in their own words.

For past clients, this has looked like:

  • Closing a $63 million enterprise SaaS deal
  • Finishing a 3D printer project that sat 95% complete for four years
  • Graduating law school, passing the bar exam, and landing his first job while working full-time
  • Negotiating a long-overdue raise
  • Starting the process of moving to a different team in their software company (going from software to hardware)
  • Turning an unexpected layoff into an opportunity to pursue more meaningful work and getting the offers they liked more than their old job
  • Overcoming the fear of failure, rejection, and judgement and starting to ask for help where they used to hide in the dark trying (and failing) to solve everything on their own

“Overall, I'm just really proud and confident in myself. I feel totally aligned with who I am and where I'm going and what I want to bring to the world and for sure, few months ago, I wouldn't have been able to say that.”

  • The work we have done really helped me figure out what I truly value and what I want from my own life.
  • I was able to clarify and illustrate and then speak up about what I really want, what's my big life mission, what I'm really good at, and what I don't want to spend energy on.
  • I have a set of tools that I've worked on, and I've learned how to use with Flint to be able to just move through those challenges.

“I feel like I made the right choice. … this is one where I left, or it ended, and then I actually felt like my life was on a different path”

  • I think the biggest thing. Was I felt like I could actually be in control of my emotions instead of letting them control me.
  • I still have work to do on that too, but I don't feel like I'm at the mercy of distractions anymore.
  • I'm not going to people in my life as much for reassurance about things, I kind of am making decisions that are most aligned with who I am and who I want to be and what matters to me

“It was well worth the time and the energy we put into it. I think I've already made a ton of progress on the printer and all the other projects that I have in my life.”

  • in the last four months, I've had multiple times where I've set time blocks to work on this machine, and I've actually done it, and I've made tangible progress.
  • I actually do have the capability of sitting down for 15, 30 minutes, an hour, two hours on something that I find difficult, but also very fulfilling.
  • it's given me a lot of confidence, just a subtle confidence, I trust this thing now, chunk by chunk

“Well, before I wasn't heading anywhere… but now… I'm heading more towards doing things that I really genuinely want to do, that interest me … before I wouldn't even try [to take risks]. Now I'm like, okay, let's try and see.”

  • I have learned to give myself grace to a greater extent than prior, and that has helped me in calming it down to a great extent and increase in confidence
  • Previously, it was more on validation from the others, heavily dependent. Now that is less, so I can stick to what I have decided.
  • I was probably at a very very low level when we started and now I feel like I do have a greater sense of confidence, and that is helpful very much.

“I tried for so long to make it work on my own, but at one point, I had to swallow my pride and realize I needed help breaking this cycle.”

  • No, I have a bad habit that prevents me from doing this.
  • looking at that behavior also led to more accountability overall, which I think helped me as a whole realize that it's like, no, this is doable, this is something I can overcome, and I can accomplish.
  • I think it's definitely an upward trajectory … especially in the direction where I want to be
