Epstein Files

Feb 8, 2026  ·  From my email newsletter.

Let’s talk about the Epstein files that just dropped.

I think that this is a super important topic to talk about right now, but not for the reason why everyone else is talking about.

First and foremost, I believe that everyone in this world has a right to be just absolutely pissed off about everything that they’re hearing and reading,

No matter what political side you’re on, religious side, it doesn’t matter where you come from in the world –

I think you have a right to be angry about the existence of these particularly atrocious human beings.

Honestly it’s quite baffling to think about the fact that these horrible people exist.

But you know what happens when polarizing stories like this come out?

The emotions of it pull you in.

They make you want to know more about it, to know what actually happened, to want to know the truth.

What’s so important to realize in this moment is that no matter how horrible these people are that exist in this world or whatever they’re doing, and while it’s important to combat them right through positive, good action in this world…

If you let them steal your attention and all of a sudden start to scroll your phone and go onto YouTube and, and push your nights back because you want to be in the know on this thing, you’re letting them win.

I’m not saying don’t be informed.

What I’m saying is don’t allow your emotional response to this, which may be entirely justified, to lead you off track and away from your own goals.

Don’t allow these people to win your time.

Your time is valuable and spending a doom scrolling over these things isn’t helping you (or the situation itself).

So yes, if you want to be informed, find your way that you’re going to become informed.

But don’t let it lead you to scroll your phone and get shitty sleep and do worse at your work and be less present with your family and friends because you have these emotions and you want to know more.

If you find yourself constantly getting pulled into polarized content that steals your focus and leaves you only more angry instead of calm and productive, respond back to this email with the words “fight back”, I want to help you focus your attention so that you can fight off the evil in the world using your potential.
